After being used for a period of time, the efficiency and resistance of the filter are reduced due to the dust collected on the surface of the filter material, which affects the cleanliness of the air supply. Therefore, it is necessary to replace the filter in time.

3. For the high efficiency filter used in high humidity and high temperature environment, high temperature resistant and high humidity resistant filter paper, partition board and frame material must be selected to meet the production requirements. In biological clean room and medicine clean room, metal frame filter must be selected, and its surface is not easy to rust, and it is not allowed to use wood frame filter, in order to prevent bacteria and affect the qualified rate of products.

For the above filters, if there is a differential pressure gauge or differential pressure sensor before and after the filter, the coarse filter must be replaced when the pressure difference is greater than 250pa; for the medium efficiency filter, the differential pressure is greater than 330pa, it must be replaced; for the sub high efficiency filter, when the pressure difference is greater than 400pa, it must be replaced, and the original filter can not be reused; for the high efficiency filter, when the pressure difference is greater than 400pa, it must be replaced Filter, when the resistance value of the filter is greater than 450 PA, or when the air flow speed on the air outlet surface is reduced to the minimum Even if the coarse and medium efficiency filters are replaced, the air flow velocity can not be increased; or when the surface of the high-efficiency filter has leakage that cannot be repaired, a new high-efficiency filter must be replaced; if there is no above-mentioned condition, it can be replaced once every 1-2 years according to the environmental conditions.

In order to give full play to the role of the filter, in the selection and use process, the face wind speed of the filter, the coarse and medium efficiency filter should not be greater than 2.5m/s, the sub high efficiency filter and the high efficiency filter should not be greater than 1.5m/s, which is not only conducive to ensuring the efficiency of the filter, but also prolonging the service life of the filter and saving costs. Generally, do not replace the filter when the equipment is in operation; if the filter cannot be replaced due to the expiration of the replacement period, only the coarse and medium efficiency filters can be replaced without stopping the fan; the sub high efficiency filter and the high efficiency filter can be replaced only after the air supply is stopped; the sealing gasket between the filter and the connecting frame must be tight and leak free to ensure the filtering effect.
