The thermostatic faucet has the advantages of constant temperature, automatic closing and injury prevention when the cold water is cut off. It can solve the problems of sudden cooling and heating caused by water heater, water supply pipeline, public heating system, and imbalance of cold and hot water pressure. 1、 The water is too hot or too cold

In this case, it is necessary to check whether the water is continuous or intermittent. If it is continuous, the pressure of cold water or hot water should be reduced (which pressure is too big reduced which one). If it is intermittent, it is necessary to check whether the temperature of hot water is high. If the temperature of hot water is too high, adjust the handle of thermostatic valve core, and adjust the handle to 34-36 ℃ in the direction of low temperature. If it can not be solved, the valve core should be replaced.

2、 No hot water

If there is no hot water above 38 ℃, there is no water entering the valve body, the water inlet is blocked or there is residual cold water in the pipe. Treatment: clean the gasket of the filter screen or empty the cold water in the hot water pipe. The outlet water above 38 ℃ is not hot. Check whether the temperature of hot water is above 55 ℃, and check whether the pressure of hot water is low (such situation may happen to users of bungalows and rooftops). Treatment: increase the temperature of hot water and adjust the pressure of cold water. There is only one kind of water. The main problem is that the water inlet of hot and cold water is reversed, so long as the water inlet is replaced.

3、 The gas water heater can't be ignited or stopped once

The main reason is that the flow rate and temperature of the water heater are not enough. Treatment: adjust the gas water heater to a large flow rate, and the fire is enough.

4、 The outlet water temperature of electric hot water with thermostatic tap is low

The main reason for this is that the setting temperature of the electric water heater is about 50 ℃ when leaving the factory, so the hot water passing through the thermostatic faucet is on the low side. Treatment: reset the hot water temperature of the electric water heater to about 60 ℃.

5、 Cold water flowing to hot water or hot water flowing to cold water (Flushing)

Check whether the check valve at the cold water or hot water is supported or blocked by foreign matters. Just use a screw driver to lift the check valve slightly and drain the water. If the problem cannot be solved, the check valve needs to be replaced at this time.

6、 There is water dripping at any joint of the tap

Tighten the joint slightly with tools or wrap the raw material tape on the thread.
