1.Take good care of the article.

The distance and height of hot and cold water. Generally, the distance between the hot and cold water base holes of the shower faucet on the market is 15 cm, and there are two s-joints inside, which can properly adjust the interval, and the error can not exceed 1 cm. The height of hot and cold water must be the same. You can use a level ruler to measure whether the tap is level or not.

Pay attention to different types of shower. Nowadays, there are various styles of flower sprinklers, and the installation methods are different. There are surface mounted ones, concealed ones, wall type ones and ceiling type ones. Before installation, it is better to put the water in the pipe to flush the pipe.

The left is hot and the right is cold. It is not only the rule of national standard and the usage habit of broad owners, but also the products of manufacturers are produced according to the rules of left hot and right cold. If you make a mistake, some equipment may not work, or damage the equipment.

2. Precautions

The height of mixing valve from the ground. The internal wire elbow is reserved for the installation of the water mixing valve. The height is generally controlled between 90-110cm. It can be determined according to the requirements of the owner. It is better not to be higher than 110cm. Otherwise, the sprinkler with lifting rod can not be installed. It should not be lower than 90cm. In this way, it is not good to bend over every time the valve is opened.

The distance between the two inner threads. Experienced hydropower workers all know that the reserved spacing standard of shower inner wire elbow is concealed installation 15cm, the error is not more than 5mm, and the open installation is 10cm, remember that all are in the center measurement. If it is too wide or too narrow, it will not be able to be installed. Do not rely on adjusting the alignment. The range of adjustment is very limited.

After the wall tiles are pasted, keep a plane with the wall. To reserve the screw head, the thickness of the wall tile should be considered. It is better to be 15mm higher than the rough embryo wall. If it is horizontal with the rough embryo wall, after the wall tile is pasted, it will be found that the screw head is too deep in the wall, and it will not be able to install the shower. However, it should not be too high above the wall. If it is too high, it will not cover the screw head in the future, and the adjusting screw will be difficult to see.
